Not yet published. Standfast Commerce's terms of service are being finalized and are not live on this page yet. Nothing here today is a binding agreement. The real, current facts merchants rely on today — what is hosted, what needs controls switched on, and what is refused — are on the hosting policy page; billing figures are on the pricing page.
When signing is required, a merchant is shown and asked to accept the actual terms directly, before anything is provisioned — this page is where the same text will also be published for reference.
